Midweight Designer

Salary: £29000 - £30000 per annum

Our client, a luxury retail company is looking for an innovative middleweight designer to join their family.

You will be working for a UK unrivalled independent airport lounge provider. They operate all over the country and serve thousands of guests a day. You will work alongside the Head of Marketing and deliver phenomenal work that will entice customers to visit regularly. You will also work with the Brand and Creative Manager creating authentic designs that will be displayed across various channels including print, signage, email, website, app and other digital applications.


  • Research, conceptualise, design, and produce outstanding creative for each of the lounges brands for both internal and external distribution.
  • Ensuring that creative assets across all channels are up to date and comply with the company's guidelines.
  • Organise and maintain an archive of creative assets and collateral.
  • Receive print requests from the lounges and co-ordinate the production of these in a timely fashion
  • Monitor the distribution of these requests through our preferred print and delivery agencies
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external resources e.g. printers, sign makers, architects, agencies etc.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 year's experience in the industry with a skills in digital and print.
  • Prodigious skills in conceptualising the company's vision.
  • A monumental and authentic portfolio with pages including finished outcomes, conceptual thinking and sketch pages that show your creative thought process.
  • Someone who will get involved with the company culture and vibe with the already brilliantly social team.
  • A phenomenally assiduous person that will always produce work to an exceptional standard and to the given deadline.
  • A person who has been utterly consumed by their need for success within design.
