Senior Motion Graphics Designer - Independent branding agency

Salary: £45000 - £55000 per annum

Award-Winning branding and communication agency are on the look-out for a new Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their South East London studio.

This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and help push their motion capabilities, grow their offer and in time potentially create a team of their own. The ideal candidate will need to have a good understanding of how to bring a narrative to life and not just how to bring a storyboard to life!

The Agency

They've been independent since 2004, but they're independent in spirit too. They make decisions based on the benefits for their clients and the people who work at the agency, not for shareholders. It allows them to work with a diverse and interesting range of clients, big and small.

They will always aim to have a deep strategic understanding that aids creativity, rather than stifles it. Candidates must demonstrate some (even if it's early stages) understanding of the job at hand, where they've used their intelligence, imagination and stylistic skills to create great ideas and beautiful work.

They work with clients from property, energy, health, education, leisure, professional and financial services sectors to name just a few, who rely on them for branding, campaigns and digital projects. They don't set their teams up around one client or discipline, which allows everyone in the team to explore a diverse range of projects and clients. They all have different strengths (concepting, motion, digital, mark making) and they work hard to identify and develop them.
