Front Of House / Office Assistant

Salary: £20000 - £25000 per annum

Leading integrated creative agency based in buzzing Soho are on the hunt for a new Front Of House / Office Assistant to sit comfortably as the face of the company whilst being the ''go to'' person, offering support to the ever-growing team and overseeing the smooth-running of the organization.

The agency are a hardworking, close knit team with a relaxed family feel. Your responsibilities as the new Front of House/Office Assistant will include;

  • Giving a warm welcome to all guests / clients
  • Answering the phone and communicating messages effectively
  • Setting up internal meetings and room bookings
  • Helping organise office socials
  • Keeping the office tidy and organised
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with any ad-hoc duties
  • Managing office food & drinks and re-stocking stationery supplies
  • Helping internal teams with completing timesheets
  • Liaising with the building management company on any maintenance issues
  • Managing supplier & contractor invoices, liaising with accounts department for payment

Experience & Requirements;

  • 2+ years of previous admin experience essential
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is key
  • Marketing experience not essential but preferable
  • You will be a team player with a can-do attitude
  • The ability to communicate with people at various levels
  • Proactive and on-the-ball
  • Sociable, friendly and welcoming
  • Enthusiastic about creating a positive environment
  • Ambitious and creative
  • Conscientious with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised
