Creative Services Manager - Brand Agency

Our client, a new kind of creative agency, is looking for a Creative Services Manager to join their much sought after team.

As Creative Services Manager, you will be a permanent member of the Creative Services, Traffic and Production department, working on impressive global clients.

The agency offers social, brand response, digital, brand activation, B2B, relationship marketing, data and film services to their clients

The CSM acts as a liaison point between Creative and Account Management, keeping both teams updated on progress of work. They keep Creative Teams on billable projects as much as possible and manage freelance resource responsibly.

They source and retain third party suppliers to ensure delivery in areas outside the agency's core competencies. This may include Photographers, Retouching and Directors through to Printers, Sourcing Companies and mailing houses.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous Traffic experience
  • Knowledge of production and studio
  • PC and Mac literate
  • Excellent understanding of art, copy and design development processes
  • Strong understanding of interactive media production processes and resource management tool(s)
  • Excellent organisational and financial management experience
  • Hands on - can do attitude
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
