Part Time Sales and Bookings Administrator - 3 days/week

Salary: £12 per hour

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Bookings Coordinator / Sales Administrator to work from home (3 days a week) for an events and conferencing company based in London.

Role Purpose:

  • Provide point of contact for all customer enquiries, providing timely response to all new and existing clients
  • Coordinate bookings with colleagues as well as the clients
  • Provide support to the Finance Administrator / Credit Controller
  • Ensure transcripts are provided in a timely manner as requested.
  • Pivotal to the sales cycle for both new and existing business for the Company in the UK and on an international basis.

Essential key skills and experience:

  • Experienced Bookings Coordinator / Sales Administrator - at least 3-5 years' experience
  • Fanatical about detail
  • Be proactive and chase all client sales
  • Respond to all enquiries on the same day
  • Multi-task under pressure
  • Keep calm in remote captioning emergencies
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written English skills
  • First class communication skills by phone and email
  • Customer / client service experience
  • Proven Excel skills
  • Previous experience of working with databases
  • Ability to work remotely
